When I first joined the Elite Camps family 7 years ago, it was meant as just a summer job and the opportunity to be around the game of basketball. I found myself quickly captivated by the culture and family atmosphere that’s created at Elite. I’ve met incredible staff and have built connections with some of the best and most genuine mentors. With the guidance and learning opportunities as a staff members of Elite I’ve learned how to game plan, set goals and reach them. Since starting at Elite I’ve completed my bachelor of education, coached four consecutive seasons as an assistant on a college team, receiving four provincial champions and two national championships, and have recently started my master’s in education. I owe a lot of my leadership development to Elite Basketball Camps and can’t wait to send my own kids one day!
