*Special Group Rate: Bring five or more players in your group and receive $100 off your registration fee. (Special Group Rate can only be applied after the early bird deadline.) The group rate cannot be combined with the early bird rate.

The sibling discount of $25 is automatically applied for siblings.

Pay in full at the time of registration or via installments.

Deposit at time of registration - $500 (For 7 Day Camps) $150 (For Mini Camp)

Credit card installments will be withdrawn:  January 1, 2024, March 1, 2024, May 1, 2024

E-transfer installments are to be sent on January 1, 2024, March 1, 2024, May 1, 2024

 

FEES FOR CIT Program

Coach In Training Program (CIT)$1525 per week (2 week program)= $3050+ HST (Early Bird Discounted Price = $2750 + HST)

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be received by email on or before May 1, 2024, to receive a   full refund of fees paid, less a fee of $100 per camper per week of camp.
  • Cancellations received by email after May 1, 2024 are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund.
  • No refund will be made for dismissals due to disciplinary actions, for late arrivals, or for early departures.
  • Withdrawal of registration on physicians’ orders for medical reasons 14 days before the camp session date will receive 50% of the fees paid. Within 14 days before the session start date, there will be no refund, but a credit will be issued.
  • Withdrawal during camp on physicians’ orders for medical reasons will receive 50% of the fees paid, prorated based on the time remaining in a camper's stay. 

Switching Policy:

  • There is no fee for switching weeks, but switching is dependent on availability.
  • All switches must be done at least two weeks before a session start date.

Covid Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of your camp session initiated by Elite Camps Wiarton Inc., Public Health, the government of Ontario, or any other governing body prior to your arrival at camp and where we cannot accommodate you in another session that is acceptable to you, a full refund will be provided, less an administrative fee of $100 (plus HST) per camper, per week of camp.
  • Cancellation of your camp session initiated by Elite Camps Wiarton Inc., Public Health, the government of Ontario, or any other governing body during your camp session: a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of days remaining in the session, less an administrative fee of $100 (plus HST) per camper, per week of camp.

    Recommend $50 per week (Athletes can buy clothing & snacks)

  • Change Over Fee

    $150 + HST

    For campers staying for more than one week. The changeover day fee includes laundry, supervision, and meals.

Camp Fee: Fee includes room & board, full basketball program, & waterfront & land activities.
